Kiev is one of the most recent additions to BCG's global network of offices. Along with our office in Moscow (Russia), Kiev plays a key role in serving clients in the rapidly developing CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) region as well as in CEE (Central and Eastern Europe).

Kiev is one of the most ancient cities in Europe and the capital of Ukraine, whose economy is growing about 6 percent annually, and becoming more and more attractive as an area for investment. Looking ahead, the Ukrainian economy presents both exciting opportunities and serious challenges for local and international companies seeking to do business in Ukraine.

To meet the challenges and exploit these opportunities, our office will serve the major players in the Ukrainian market in various sectors, such as industrial goods, energy, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, and retail, offering our clients development and implementation support for long-term strategy, along with programs to achieve operational excellence.

To support the growth of BCG Kiev, we will be hiring new consultants who will become BCG team members, joining our experienced regional and international staff.
