The city of lakes hosts a park system that's been called one of the best in America, with more than 52 miles of walkways and bike paths to explore. Minneapolis is also the third largest theater market in the country and home to the Guthrie Theater. Created in 1963 to cultivate actors' talents away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, the Guthrie is a striking city landmark and has garnered critical acclaim for its productions.

The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is the largest art museum in the city, with a collection of over 100,000 pieces. A new wing designed by Michael Graves opened in June, 2006. The Walker Art Center features important works from Picasso, Henry Moore, Alberto Giacometti, and the Claes Oldenburg & Coosje van Bruggen sculpture featured in the photo above.

Minnesota is home to 36 Fortune 1000 businesses with combined revenue of nearly $350 billion. The state has a long history of leadership in the industrial goods, health care, consumer goods and retail, and financial sectors. Partnering with staff from Chicago and others throughout BCG's global network, BCG Minneapolis seeks to hire talented consultants whose skills will bring the most innovative ideas to our clients.
