BCG Warsaw has enjoyed an impressive annual growth rate over the last five years, fuelled by strong relationships with our clients. As one of the BCG's younger offices, we enjoy an atmosphere and team spirit that's full of enthusiasm and energy.

BCG Warsaw is part of BCG Central and Eastern European (BCG CEE), a network of closely affiliated offices that also includes Moscow, Prague and Budapest. We serve international and local clients in industries ranging from consumer goods and retail to finance and technology. Continued client development has lead to strong penetration in top Polish and international companies in a wide array of industries. Services provided include strategy and operational effectiveness, organizational change, IT navigation work, and implementation.

BCG CEE is a fast moving environment that requires and values entrepreneurship, creativity and drive. At BCG Warsaw, we combine hard work with fun by celebrating the successes of projects, clients and the personal achievements of each member of our team. Dinners, special events and cultural outings are always being organized or we just get together simply to have fun. We also organize Europeanwide events such as BCG's European Soccer Tournament. Our yearly outings have taken us from the shores of Asia in Turkey to Sicily, from picturesque northern parts of Poland to Spain, where we enjoyed everything from wine tasting and flamenco dancing, to mountain climbing and bungee-jumping.

At BCG Warsaw, we're very committed to developing and strengthening our local Team. Most consultants, within the first year of their work here, have participated in international projects not only in our region, but also throughout Europe. We also participate in the Ambassador program and are currently hosting consultants from the US and Germany. Our consultants have been hosted by offices in both the US and Australia.
