Opened in 1994, BCG Bangkok now occupies a spacious top floor of U Chu Liang Building, overlooking Lumpini Park. It is adjacent to the city's financial district, and offers a spectacular view of Thailand's vibrant capital city.

BCG Bangkok is one of four offices in the Southeast Asia region, and our consultants work on projects throughout the region. While this requires traveling for the consulting staff, it also affords them the opportunity to fully experience the region's diverse client and work mix.

We are a young, dynamic team who revel in helping shape businesses and creating impact for our clients. We believe in a culture of developing and rewarding talents, as can be seen in the ongoing training programs, sponsorships to business schools, as well as our "home grown" partners in the region. Our office has a history of attracting Thai nationals who have been educated at some of the best academic institutions in the world or have worked with top international firms. The result is a greater cumulative wealth of international management experience and a deeper understanding of the needs and interests of the local clients we serve.

The office draws clientele from a number of sectors including financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, and energy. Assignments range from general strategy and market entry to organizational strategy and operational improvement. Our client portfolio includes a mix of top local companies, state-owned enterprises, and multinational corporations. BCG Bangkok has helped put in place structural changes that have played a key role in the development of the country's economy.

The office atmosphere is challenging yet caring. BCG Bangkok features a work style that blends the traditional BCG approach of offering creative, unconventional, yet structured thinking with the Thais' "nam jai" (supportive nature) and "sanook" (fun). It is the type of workplace where you feel at home.

The whole office comes together on the last Friday of each month to reconnect and share our latest experiences. These important yet fun meetings are usually followed by a night of dining and social activities outside the office.

BCG as an organization is very committed to playing a part for social impact, and we are proud of our global partnerships with the World Food Programme, Save the Children, and several organizations in the global health arena. This also resonates within BCG Bangkok, with our staff participating as individuals in a wide array of community service programs. The company also practices a dollar-for-dollar match on all charitable contributions by the staff.
