Taipei 110, TAIWAN
Taipei is BCG's fourth office in Greater China, and has already become a key part of the firm's continued growth in the region. As well as being the capital of the Republic of China, Taipei is Taiwan's economic, scientific, and cultural center.
Located in the heart of the city's financial and commercial districts, BCG Taipei is conveniently situated close to the headquarters of numerous multinational companies, local enterprises, and government bureaus. The office is just a 20-minute drive from Taipei Domestic Airport and a 40-minute drive from CKS International Airport.
BCG's presence in Taipei dates back to the mid 1990s, when work for local and multinational clients was routinely handled by consultants flying in from BCG's Hong Kong office. Since then, many of our multinational clients have continued to rely on us for market entry or growth strategies, while local clients have turned to us for reengineering and strategy development. The national media frequently quote BCG on issues related to the challenges of establishing financial holding companies or the complexities of postmerger integration. BCG's global experts regularly visit Taipei to meet with clients, government officials, academics, and the media.
Our staff includes local and international professionals with consulting experience focusing on financial services, technology, and communications. In this dynamic and challenging environment, our office has worked hard to recruit, train, and develop our staff into a strong and cohesive team that's fully supported by BCG's regional and worldwide network.
With Taiwan's acceptance into the World Trade Organization, BCG's Greater China practice will play an increasingly important role in serving our local and multinational clients.
