American CareSource Holdings has promoted David Boone to CEO. David previously served as the company’s chief operational officer and chief financial officer.

John Browett has been appointed to the board of EasyJet as a nonexecutive director. John will join DSG International as CEO in early December and is currently the operations development director of Tesco.

Silicon Valley Solar has announced the formation of a board of directors that includes experienced entrepreneurs, financial executives, and cleantech venture capital investors. The board includes Justin Label, a partner in Bessemer Venture’s Menlo Park office, where he focuses on cleantech investments.

Roger Martin is named one of Toronto’s power elite in the November 2007 issue of Toronto Life magazine. Genetic Technologies has appointed Michael Ohanessian CEO, replacing company founder Mervyn Jacobson. Michael was chief executive of Vision Biosystems for seven years, leading a strategic restructuring involving the acquisition of a large United Kingdom-based reagents operation.
