BCG helped the company design and build a unique insurance app that empowered its advisors at every stage of their work, from initial onboarding to measuring progress against targets, working closely with Google Cloud to deploy and scale the solution.
A major US health system wanted to create a next-generation system that would help patients find care, manage their care journey, and pay for care—seamlessly. BCG and the health system created a unified, personalized, and seamless digital platform leveraging Google Cloud’s technology that allowed the client to improve the end-to-end patient journey, reduce operational costs, and achieve cumulative revenue growth of more than $100 million in four years.
