Frédéric Brugère joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice with a focus on payments, market infrastructure, and asset servicing. He also has expertise in large-scale transformation programs and complex cross-border integrations.
Frédéric has worked with national and international financial institutions in Europe (especially France, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy) on carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, cost reduction, and other aspects of transformation.
Prior to joining BCG, Frédéric worked for three years as a consultant at Stanwell, a French consulting company specializing in financial services.
