Aissa Boudadi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and a leader in BCG’s Center for CFO excellence. He has over 15 years of experience advising finance functions on large-scale finance transformations and tech-enabled change. He has worked with clients in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Aissa's specific finance expertise includes operating model and organization redesign, shared services optimization, end-to-end process redesign, and modernizing finance tech stacks (from target architecture to vendor selection to implementation).

In addition, Aissa supports private equity due diligence work for office of the CFO software assets, and strategy projects for private-equity-owned and enterprise-software-owned CFO solutions.

Before joining the firm, Aissa worked at Ernst & Young, in its consulting practice, and Owens Corning, as part of its Finance Leadership Program (roles in FP&A, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting).
