Daniel Kim is a knowledge expert and team manager with Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice. He is the EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America) team manager for the firm's Transactions & Integrations Knowledge Team.

He focuses on corporate transactions/M&A as well as carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and IPOs/spinoffs.

Daniel works with clients on questions along the full M&A value chain (strategy, target identification, and investor search; deal execution; post-deal measures). He has worked on buy-side, sell-side, IPO, and joint venture projects, and is an expert in valuation and financial modeling topics.

Daniel originally joined BCG in 2018. He then gained relevant experience as a Manager for M&A at a Rodenstock, a PE-owned health care company before rejoining BCG. Prior to 2018, he was an Associate at Value Trust Financial Advisors. He is a Certified M&A Professional, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
