François Bastard is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices, and leads the firm's work in greentech and green growth acceleration for France. François works mainly with industrial goods clients on climate and sustainability. His engagements have covered topics including strategic assessment, CapEx program de-risking/acceleration, supply chain ramp-up and resilience, and product development acceleration.

François's current focus is on supporting industrial companies enabling the electrification of the industry and energy industries, electric mobility companies, and greentech companies. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has worked in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Before coming to BCG, François worked in the construction and oil and gas industries.
