Kevin Antoine is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure, Energy, and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices. He has in-depth experience in transport, energy, and postal and logistics infrastructures across growth and market strategies, capacity planning and management, and digitization and transaction topics.
Kevin advises transport and logistic operators, large utilities, renewables developers, infrastructure funds, and private investors on value creation through strategy, operations, large capital delivery, asset management, and procurement projects, mainly in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and the UK.
In addition to his client work, Kevin serves as career advisor for a dozen BCG consultants with the Brussels Career Development Committee. He is a member of BCG's senior leadership team in Belgium responsible for commercial, marketing, and people activities; and a decision-round recruiter for the Brussels office.
