Adi Zolotov is the global leader of the Boston Consulting Group's BCG X AI Science Institute, which accelerates scientific discovery in collaboration with top research and development teams from industry and government. The Institute draws on BCG X’s deep expertise and talent, supported by a team of over 3,000 professionals, including more than 200 PhDs. Through strong partnerships with companies, academic institutions, governments, and industry leaders, the Institute is committed to advancing high-impact breakthroughs that address some of the world’s most pressing challenges, including climate change, disease treatment, and energy scarcity.
In addition to her work with the Institute, Adi focuses on developing AI and digital solutions that unlock value and generate insights across aerospace, defense, and security operations. She leads the Global Data Science chapter for BCG X, and is also a member of the firm's Public Sector practice.
Prior to joining BCG, Adi founded the Data Science Division at the Center for Naval Analyses and served as its first Vice President. Before serving in the public sector, she was an academic specializing in building and running large-scale simulations of the Universe to better understand the nature of dark matter and evolution of galaxies.
