Adrian Schulte Steinberg joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice with a focus on building materials and metals and mining. He works with clients on large-scale organizational and global/international transformations, operating model design, digital technology strategy development, and large capex teams and governance, as well as corporate strategy.

Adrian also has experience in digital technology strategy development and deployment, having built a digital venture for a European building materials client, working in the role of interim startup CEO. He has worked for clients in Southern Africa, the UK, Australia, South America, Germany, and Ukraine. Adrian also held the role of recruiting director for Germany for two years.
