Akihito Sugai joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. He is a core member of the firm’s Operations and Transform practices.
Akihito works extensively with companies in a variety of industries, mainly in manufacturing and energy. He has assisted his clients on operational reform, especially on efficiency improvement and functional enhancement of corporate functions, cost reduction through consolidating groupwide operations, introducing shared service, and BPO (business process outsourcing) of non-core operations.
Prior to joining BCG, Akihito worked at Accenture.
