Alberto de la Fuente joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Energy and Operations practices, working with oil and gas, and petrochemical companies around the world. He specializes in strategy and operational optimization, with a focus on bottom-line impact.

Over the last several years, Alberto has become a go-to expert in the fields of digital, decarbonization, and development of new green businesses (H2, low carbon fuels, and circular plastics) for industrial companies, at the program transformation level, as well as the detailed project development level.

Prior to joining BCG, Alberto worked in business development at Réseau Ferré de France, and as a researcher for the Spanish Navy.
