Alexander Gray leads BCG Platinion for Boston Consulting Group in Oslo. He has over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, software engineering, AI, and IT strategy.

Alexander has led numerous large-scale technology transformations as program lead, technical project lead, chief architect, and strategic advisor to executives and boards. He combines deep technology skills in software development, solution architecture, and data and analytics with a strong understanding of business drivers, change management, benefits realization, and organizational behavior.

Alexander has worked with clients on a wide range of topics, disciplines, and challenges related to IT carveout, tech in M&A, AI, digital transformation journeys, and technology strategy. He has extensive client experience in banking and finance, insurance, airlines, energy, health care, defense, public sector, consumer products, industrial goods, telecom, technology, and software.

Prior to joining BCG he was a partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and has also worked at Accenture and other consulting firms.
