Alexander Hogreve joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Operations practice areas. Within the Industrial Goods practice, he is dedicated to the chemicals and process industries in general, with especially deep experience in marketing and sales and operations in chemicals.
Alex focuses on strategic and operational transformation programs, often across different functions and geographies. In two examples of his recent work, he has helped chemicals clients complete effectiveness and efficiency transformations and improve supply chain optimization, digitization, M&A, and growth strategy.
