Alvise Scaroni joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Consumer Goods practice in Italy. Alvise has led corporate development and marketing and sales cases in a variety of consumer sectors, with a particular focus on food and beverage.
Within the Consumer practice, Alvise has international experience in portfolio strategy; M&A, joint ventures, alliances, and post-merger integration; pricing and trade terms management; and branding, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
Alvise co-manages an important firm relationship with a major food player, having continuously supported this client through multiple topics and geographies. Before joining BCG, Alvise was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.
