Amir Kolton joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He has substantial experience working with BCG's automotive and mobility clients and is the global leader of BCG's auto and mobility retail, aftermarket, and dealer work. Amir leads BCG’s Auto. AI team for North America, working closely with clients to develop AI applications to enhance and optimize their businesses.
At BCG, Amir’s clients have included automotive suppliers, OEMs, dealers, aftermarket suppliers and retail channels, and finance and insurance players. Amir has extensive experience developing corporate strategies; sales, pricing, and marketing; distribution; and digital and advanced analytics efforts, as well as managing operating model transformations, go-to-market strategies, and cost reduction projects.
Prior to joining BCG, Amir worked as a corporate lawyer focusing on financial restructuring, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. He also spent time leading system characterization of a C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) system for an aerospace and defense company, and served as an officer in the military.
