André Wenske is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice with more than 15 years of experience in retail and SME banking. He combines strategy consulting expertise with practical experience as a bank manager and chief product owner of a corporate venture. He is passionate about working with clients on designing sustainable business and distribution models for the digital age. For his retail and SME banking clients, André drives meaningful large-scale transformations.

André is experienced in designing winning strategies, managing large-scale transformation, reinventing business, sales, and distribution models, digitization (both building new business and digitizing the core), and corporate development.

He strives to overcome the structural inefficiencies of the German-speaking retail and SME banking sector and reshape/transform its banks into profitable and relevant players.
