Andrea De Blasi is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group, with a specific focus on aerospace and defense (A&D). Andrea also has deep experience in the automotive and construction industries. Since July 2020, he has also served as Global Advantage node for Italy.

In recent years, Andrea has focused his work on helping A&D clients deliver world-class performance in their programs while preparing compelling value propositions for their products and services. Andrea is particularly passionate about defining industrial cooperation plans that support industrial developments through A&D programs.

In his recent client engagements, Andrea defined a new platform development strategy for a major helicopter manufacturer, redesigned the sales and business development process and organization for a major A&D player, and redesigned the commercial organization of an A&D electronics player. He has also worked with clients in the cybersecurity, oil and gas, and shipbuilding, as well as cable and construction industries.

Prior to joining BCG, Andrea worked at Business Integration Partners in the oil and gas practice and at General Electric.
