In the many transformations he has led for consumer packaged goods, wholesale, and retail companies, Andreas executes comprehensive funding programs with cost-out, gross profit improvement, pricing, and cash. He has delivered growth transformations and capability builds that have covered digital, advanced analytics, and M&A. He has worked with clients in the US, Asia, and Europe.
Prior to joining BCG, Andreas worked as private equity analyst in Denmark.
