Andrew Simon is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and leads the Dallas office’s social impact and community engagement activities. He is focused on organic and inorganic growth topics, particularly M&A.

Andrew has led or supported over 30 engagements across North America, Western and Central Europe, Asia (South, Southeast, and East), and Australia and New Zealand. He has worked with clients in retail, oil and gas, technology hardware, software, data services, semiconductors, media, travel and tourism (airlines, lodging), IT services, private equity, consumer goods, restaurants, industrial goods, agribusiness, and financial services.

Prior to joining BCG Andrew worked in Corporate Strategy/M&A at Accenture, Transaction Advisory at EY, and as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
