Ángel Martínez is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy, Climate & Sustainability, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. He joined BCG in 2007 and has more than 17 years of experience in the energy, sustainability, and infrastructure fields.

Ángel has worked extensively with clients on issues related to asset management, lean operations, customer experience, regulatory strategy, organizational optimization, efficiency programs, and transformation. He leads the firm's work with utilities for Iberia, as well as leading the Climate & Sustainability practice for Spanish-speaking South America.

Before joining BCG, Ángel worked for six years as a project manager for a multinational contractor on projects in Canada, Portugal, Ireland, and Spain.
