Arun Malik-McLean is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Climate & Sustainability and Health Care practices. Within climate and sustainability, Arun has a focus on nature and biodiversity and its connections to global health. He also has experience in the public sector, having been seconded to the UK government, working on domestic climate change policy as a Senior Advisor, Net Zero & Carbon Budgets in 2020.

His recent case experience includes support for BCG at the UN CBD COP15, the setting of nature positive strategies and targets for pharmaceutical clients, and the development of a national strategy for rollout of public EV charging infrastructure for a major European transport ministry.

Arun also co-leads the Asian Diversity Network in the BCG LAB (London-Amsterdam-Brussels) system.
