Bartolomeo Banche heads BCG's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Italy and is a core member of the firm’s People & Organization practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategies and broad-scale transformations for information and communications technology (ICT), digital media, and telecommunications clients.
Bartolomeo has played a key role in a broad variety of projects supporting clients across Europe, the US, Japan, and Russia/CIS (where he has been based, and which has been his main focus for the last decade).
Prior to joining BCG, Bartolomeo worked at Cisco Systems in San Jose, CA. He later joined Andiamo Systems, a Silicon Valley-based startup providing storage area network solutions. He eventually returned to Cisco Systems after its acquisition of Andiamo Systems.
