Ben Feldman is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice and Tech Capital team, with a focus on M&A, growth, and transformation in the software-enabled world. He leads BCG's product/technology due diligence team in North America.
Ben advises deal teams and management teams on product strategy, technical differentiation, technology roadmap planning, and R&D operating model effectiveness.
He is also focused on how generative AI is impacting software development, working with leading software companies to boost R&D productivity and helping investors rethink how they evaluate and manage software-driven businesses.
Prior to coming to BCG, Ben was part of the Software Strategy Group at EY-Parthenon. He also co-founded DeskConnect, acquired by Apple in 2017.
