Ben Morach is a core member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is an expert in large-scale change, and supports financial investors along the entire investment lifecycle, including transaction services, due diligence, portfolio acceleration, and full potential plans.
Ben specializes in integrated due diligences—including commercial; digital; operational; environmental, social, and governance (ESG); and IT—as well as portfolio acceleration work including full potential programs; transformation; and strategy. He works primarily with clients in the industrial goods, infrastructure, and health care industries
Prior to joining the firm, Ben had over eight years of experience in consulting at Bain & Company.
