Bill Kelsall is a leader within the Industrial Goods and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group. He also leads the Social Impact practice for Australia and New Zealand. Bill joined the firm in March 2022 bringing 29 years of experience working with clients on strategy, innovation, M&A, transformation, performance improvement, operating model, and organization redesign. He has led engagements in industries including mining, agribusiness, building materials, consumer goods, retail, financial services, and pharmaceuticals.

At BCG, Bill helps organizations maximize value and transform performance by working with their teams to make and implement robust decisions and turn intention into reality, while building their internal capability to sustain performance.

Bill has deep experience in strategy and operations with an emphasis on rapid, sustainable improvement. He also has line experience in the C-suite, in addition to having served as a non-executive director for three companies in Australia and New Zealand.
