Before joining BCG, Bryan worked in several different industries—including consulting, high tech, financial services, consumer goods and leisure--focusing on large-scale digital sales and service transformations.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, customer lifecycle management, and customer service delivery, Bryan has a proven track record of shaping go-to-market and customer service strategies and operationally executing them through process, human performance, and technology implementations.
