Cameron Scott is the global sector senior manager for defense and security for Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice, and a member of the BCG Federal Corporation. He joined the firm in April 2018. Cameron is a core member of the Defense & Security team, supporting strategic planning, business development, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts.

During his tenure with BCG, Cameron has worked with clients globally on a wide range of defense topics including contemporary defense organization design and structure, defense personnel issues (recruitment, talent management, workforce planning), acquisition and sustainment, and the space domain.

Prior to joining BCG, Cameron was a Senior Consultant for Jane's, a global defense and security research and consultancy firm. Clients included both public and private sector organizations, on topics including transnational security threats, disruptive and emerging technologies, and capabilities analysis. Prior to Jane's, he worked for KBR, a global defense services company, where he supported market intelligence, business development, and capture management.
