Carlos Ortiz is the BCG Platinion Enterprise Solutions director for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Platinion is Boston Consulting Group's division focused on the development, implementation, and enablement of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions.

Within Platinion, Carlos serves as the technology lead for energy and industrial goods. He is currently focused on helping clients with their large core and enterprise solutions transformations built around ERP, CRM, core industry, and other systems. Carlos is also the SAP Allianz leader for Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

Before joining the firm in 2020, Carlos was Accenture Colombia Utilities Portfolio Lead and Colombia Natural Resources Technology Consulting Lead, and an end-user implementation manager at Unisys.
