Cassandra Yong joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015 and is a core member of the Health Care practice particularly focused on payer, provider, systems, and services; and health tech clients. She leads the Asian Diversity Network for the firm’s London, Amsterdam, and Brussels (LAB) offices.

Cassandra has worked extensively with the National Health Service as well as international health systems. She has led several projects focusing on hospital transformation, change management, digital transformation, and health tech builds. Her recent work includes financial improvement programs, clinical reconfiguration, elective recovery, large scale transformations, and health venture builds.

In 2018, Cassandra was on secondment to NHS England, focusing on integrated care systems and population health management, including leading integrated care systems (ICS) capability building and development of a unified population health management (PHM) approach and strategy nationally across NHSE and other arm’s-length bodies in England.
