Cate Blankenship is a core member of the North America Industrial Goods and Operations practices, and the global Public Sector practice at Boston Consulting Group. She divides her work between the public and private sectors, with her public sector work focusing on digital topics, including AI and operations.

Cate has worked extensively with companies in the aerospace and defense industry, but also in industrial goods, metals and mining, automotive, agricultural equipment, and retail. She has hands-on experience in strategy, operations, and digital transformation—particularly with respect to artificial intelligence. More specifically, she helps organizations think about how to deliver AI at scale, including AI governance, AI workforce development, ecosystem development, and responsible AI.
