Chaojung Chen joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006. In addition to her time in Tokyo, she worked in the firm’s Prague office for a year. Chaojung leads the firm’s Financial Institutions practice in the Asia Pacific region. She is also a core member of the firm’s Insurance, Corporate Finance & Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Operations practices areas.

Chaojung works primarily with leading companies in the financial services and insurance industries. Within those industries, she has worked on many cases involving cross-functional transformation, digital transformation, people management, new business development, M&A and alliance, and global strategy formulation and implementation.
