Christian Haslestad joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Operations and Industrial Goods practices, and serves as the global head of People for the Operations practice.

Christian has significant experience working with clients on operations topics, particularly digital and lean manufacturing, digital and lean process improvements for service companies, supply chain, and cost efficiency and improvement programs. He has worked in many industries, including, industrial goods, consumer goods, financial institutions, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining BCG, Christian worked with lean and business systems at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany as part of their Junior Managers Program
