Christine Wurzbacher is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice and leads the firm’s Montreal office. She is currently the leader of Women@BCG in Montreal. She has been with the firm since 2004.
Christine’s work focuses on large transformations often with a digital or data analytics component. She has led several comprehensive transformation programs of industrial goods companies in the manufacturing, engineering services, and mining industries, driving significant change and margin improvement.
