With over 40 years of experience working at the most senior levels of major corporations, Craig helps clients transform their people and businesses to succeed in the digital world. In addition, Craig formerly served as the CEO for BCG Platinion North America, guiding it through five years of significant growth and establishing it as a business with a strong culture of success. Craig has expertise with IT transformations, digital transformations, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development and change management services, business growth strategy and implementation, and ERP strategy and implementation.
Craig works with CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs to enable IT and digital transformations, especially in health care and industrial goods companies to help them focus on real value as they transform their IT organizations and successfully transition to the digital world. He has advised and worked side by side with leaders to bring a pragmatic approach to implement technology change at the cost, organization, leadership development, and capability levels at over 100 companies.
Prior to coming to BCG Craig was a Partner at A.T. Kearney, a Principal at Booz Allen and Hamilton, and a sales and marketing executive at Monsanto Agricultural Company.
