Dai Agawa joined Boston Consulting Group’s New York office in 2012 and transferred to the Tokyo office in 2016. He leads the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice in Japan, and is a core member of the Insurance, Consumer, and People & Organization practices.
Dai has worked with many global companies in the insurance and consumer goods industries across multiple topics, including pricing, formulating business strategies, building new business plans, alliance support, and developing HR strategies.
Prior to joining BCG, Dai worked in the Investment Banking Division at Citi in Tokyo.
