Dr. Daniel Schlecht is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Energy, Technology Advantage, and Strategy practices. He joined BCG in 2005 and spent 2009 at the firm’s office in Dallas.
Daniel has led multiple digital transformations for both utilities and oil and gas companies. In particular, he has supported clients in the implementation of big data and analytics initiatives and the creation of new business models based on digital. He is BCG’s global leader for digital in utilities. Prior to BCG, Daniel worked as a research engineer at the Institute of Power System and Power Economics of RWTH Aachen.
