As a leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Inclusion and Equity, Danielle Swaby focuses on promoting systemic change in equity and inclusion for marginalized groups.
Before joining the firm, Danielle was the Global Solution Leader for The Coca-Cola Company where she led Governance and Planning for the Information Technology organization. She was also an entrepreneur who developed products for athletes in gymnastics and CrossFit, and an Educator and Program Director in the Gwinnett County Public School System.
