David Chan joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He leads BCG’s Financial Institutions practice in Hong Kong and specializes in orchestrating large-scale transformations for financial institutions across the region, with a focus on digital transformation, performance acceleration, change management, and new business innovation and build. David is also part of the leadership team of BCG’s Digital Asset and Web3 Capability Center in Asia Pacific.

David has advised leading financial institutions and organizations on major strategic business, operating model, and digital transformations. He has led several large-scale transformation programs, delivering impact and creating value for clients through rethinking business models and effective change management.
