Dennis is an expert on airlines and travel. He has deep expertise in commercial and operations topics, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale transformations. Since joining BCG, Dennis has worked extensively with airlines, airports, cruise lines, online travel agencies, airlines, and tour operators on M&A, go-to-market, pricing and revenue management, operations, cost management, digitization, and other aspects of transformation.
