Dhruv Jayanth joined Boston Consulting Group in London in 2016. He is a core member of BCG’s Health Care practice focused on the intersection of science and technology. Dhruv specializes in the biopharma industry, specifically on driving productivity improvements, primarily in R&D, through advanced analytics and refreshing portfolio strategy, as well as through broader cost optimization.

Dhruv has particular expertise in AI and GenAI, from both strategic and technical perspectives, with hands-on experience in a number of different life sciences contexts in R&D and beyond.

Outside of biopharma, Dhruv also has significant experience in other health care divisions, including payer-provider health care and global health, in addition to other cross-functional areas such as business model innovation, M&A, and post-merger integration.
