Donat Wunderlich is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Finance & Strategy and Operations practices. He is an expert for the firm's zero-based budgeting work and a member of the large-scale change team. Donat is responsible for driving the development of BCG’s proprietary zero-based budgeting toolbox.
Since joining the firm in 2011, Donat has worked on many efficiency and reorganization projects helping clients design and implement large-scale change programs ranging from quick turnarounds of distressed companies to long-range target operating model design and implementation projects and cost transformations.
