These coefficients have also contributed to accelerated behavioral change in consumers processes. Thereby, BCG Brazil has designed and conducted a survey with more than 1,500 people to understand their attitudes and preferences regarding the new possibilities and locomotion dynamics.

Eduardo Canabarro is a lead member of the BCG Transform practice in Brazil. BCG Transform is Boston Consulting Group’s transformation and turnaround unit that works with clients to design, plan, and implement large scale change programs. He specializes in working with automotive and mobility, industrial, and oil and gas clients on topics related to transformation, turnaround, go-to-market, and organization (delayering, workforce planning, corporate center restructuring, etc.).
Examples of his recent engagements include leading the transformation program for an international mining player in Brazil, the commercial transformation of an automotive player, and the turnaround program for a large multinational cement manufacturer.
