Edward Gore-Randall is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Transaction & Integration Excellence team. He heads the firm’s Transaction Center activities and M&A topic in London and the WESA region. Ed has been with BCG for over ten years including the last nine spent focusing on transactions and PMIs for corporates and financial investors.
Ed has broad experience across end-to-end M&A, on the buy side from due diligence to integration and on the sell side from portfolio strategy to carve out. He co-leads the firm’s global work in synergies, integration management office, and clean teams, and has extensive experience with complex cross-border mergers and mergers of equals.
