Emily is a core member of BCG's Consumer practice specializing in travel and tourism and autos and mobility. She is also a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice specializing in customer demand and innovation and digital customer experience.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Emily has worked with travel and tourism, consumer, and industrial goods clients on commercial topics including loyalty and retention, digital customer experience, marketing, brand, and customer strategy. She is experienced in large-scale change management, strategic organization design, capability building, agile implementation, and post-merger integration.

Emily Kos is one of Boston Consulting Group’s leading thinkers on the topic of caregiving, focusing on how companies, government, and society can create conditions where caregivers can thrive in the workforce. She has published extensively on this topic and previously held leadership positions with BCG's Working Mothers and Families@BCG networks.

Emily is on the Advisory Board of Teach For America Greater Chicago Northwest Indiana. She was named a 2020 Working Mother of the Year by Working Mother Magazine.
