Erdener Ortan is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer, Transform, and Global Advantage practices.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Erdener has led numerous projects for consumer companies. He has significant expertise in consumer products and retail, and brings a breadth of experience across different strategic areas, including large-scale transformation, financial performance improvement, growth and internationalization strategies, digitalization, ecommerce and marketplace development, operating model design, and cost reduction.

Currently, Erdener is focusing on executing large-scale transformations, driving growth, and advancing digital capabilities for leading consumer companies.
